A400M Maintenance Instructor
Based in A400M Brize Norton
A400M Training Services Limited (ATSL) is a Joint Venture Company established between Thales UK Limited and Airbus Military SL (AMSL) for the purpose of delivering A400M Training, Services and Support at RAF Brize Norton.
Our Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintainer Instructor Mechanical (MI), specialising in engine maintenance, to join the Company. By contributing to the design of and delivering content you will enable the RAF's future engineers to carry outs key duties on the A400M.
Key responsibilities
Managing and delivering the A400M UK Maintainer course content provided by the UK MOD, including syllabus, ISpecs and other training documentation aligned with JSP822.
Completing training records as required in accordance with Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT)
Skills, qualifications and experience
As an experienced military Technician (Mechnical) you will have gone on to achieve an instructional qualification (General Instructor Training (GIT) Course or the Defence Instructional Techniques Course (DITC) or the Defence Train The Trainer Course (DTTT)) and used this in either military or civil instruction. As an instructor you must have experience of the following areas-
Computer based training mentoring
Delivery of computer aided instruction lessons
