Own the fit-out and day-to-day running of a new London facility with workshop, labs and cleanroom, managing contractors, landlords and building services. Maintain cleanroom, workshop and lab infrastructure while owning health, safety and environmental compliance including risk assessments, COSHH and fire safety. Also manage facilities budgets, suppliers, security, access and space planning as the team grows.

Design, develop, commission and support advanced aerospace test rigs, building real-time control solutions and integrating hardware and software across the full lifecycle. Work with LabVIEW, NI platforms, PLCs, Beckhoff, TwinCAT and EtherCAT on hydraulic, electro-mechanical and actuation test equipment, diagnosing faults and improving legacy systems within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Acts as the company's Security Controller, owning Facility Security Clearance and Industry Personnel Security Assurance approvals while leading the export control and security compliance framework. Ensures controlled, military and dual-use goods, software and technology are correctly identified, licensed and exported, working with the MoD, ISAC and other regulators.
