Manufacture flight harnesses and test cables for spacecraft assembly, integration and testing, working within the AIT team to implement harness designs that meet electrical, grounding and environmental requirements. Involves liaising with systems engineers on anomalies, progress reporting, test cable build, harness routing discussions and general AIT/EVT support, with possible overseas travel and irregular hours at peak times.

Inspects spacecraft electrical and mechanical harnesses against ESA, ECSS and IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Addendum standards, covering routing, shielding, lacing, strain relief and bend radii. Runs continuity, insulation resistance (Hi-Pot) and connector integrity tests, documents non-conformances and performs Key Inspection Points during build and integration in cleanroom conditions.
