Guide data scientists and software engineers on models and algorithms, with opportunities to publish and present at conferences.

Oversees the UK-based innovation team, managing ongoing partnership programmes with ESA, UKSA and other space agencies while identifying and structuring new collaborative initiatives. Coordinates contract changes, project reviews and stakeholder reporting, working with startups, engineering, finance and procurement across the UK and Europe.
