📍 Location: Colnbrook | 🚗 Driving essential
🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch)
💷 Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

🧾 The Role:

You'll play a key part in the import operations team, handling customer enquiries, customs clearance, and transport arrangements. Duties include:

Answering phones and liaising directly with customers
Planning import routings & arranging airline collections/deliveries
Creating import customs entries (ASM/Gems/Sequoia)
Preparing import-rated airwaybills
Checking correct use of CPCs and licences
Preparing quotations and occasional invoicing
Tariff classification and import licence checks

🛠 Skills & Experience:

Strong communication skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
Customs entry and classification experience (preferred)
Ability to apply judgement and experience to solve issues
ASM/GEMS/Sequoia system experience (beneficial, not essential)
